Information Guide book for Female Drug Users

OUR LITTLE HELP BOOK was put together as a guide book of resources for a super vulnerable lot i.e. the Female Injecting Drug Users. The idea was to reach out to them to provide support and basic awareness on support systems available. The self-help book creates a sense of urgency on female health hygiene and safe practices. Linking the female users to the counselors, health system facilities and most importantly to the Drug Users Forum has been critical in this endeavor.
Currently being implemented across many states of India.

Based on numerous interactions and discussions with the audience sample, bright illustrations were created and a bold visual design with the use of simple, spoken word language, the book has been widely accepted and shared by the community as an output of their concerns and conversations.
The guide book has had a sense of ownership and solidarity among the female drug users.
