BEHAVIORAL CHANGE + INFORMATION EDUCATION COMMUNICATION

With storytelling as the key, we have developed innovative ways to create communication for behavior change placing the audience as a communication partner and not as a viewer. Using a participatory approach through informal workshops, listening sessions, we bring together innovative materials that have a sense of ownership in the community. From strategy to communications, from outdoor wall paintings and posters to inter personal materials like comics, education materials, using digital platforms and animations we also ensure effective implementation. BCC &IEC Communications are one of our biggest strengths and help in creating an equal platform for expression for all the stakeholders. As WINDCHANGERS we are forever storytelling through our works.

TRAINING

With intense engagement and interactions with the communities as communication partners, we create local communications that integrate at the ground level. This helps us create innovative and interactive (and not didactic) training materials that emerge from the community. Using innovative visual aids, informal language and interactive design, we ideate and create training materials that have an organic sense of blending with the audience who then give it a life of their own. At WINDCHANGERS, we are forever learning and not training.

ADVOCACY

As we always follow multiple participatory approaches towards creating comprehensive communications, we also believe in taking up our works in partnership across levels. Advocacy being a critical component of our work, we create strong communication materials and tools in order to mobilize and energize opinions and policies that help in building meaningful partnerships and fostering change. Working with Policymakers, Govt. officials, Changemakers, Grassroot workers, we create strategic communications that make a difference. At WINDCHANGERS we believe in building these long term partnerships.

PROGRAM DOCUMENTATION & PUBLISHING

Based on intense interactions with all the stakeholders we document programs from start to finish both in print and video. We partner with organizations to document their programs creating vibrant documentation materials with sharp design and engaging infographics that also act as effective advocacy tools. WINDCHANGERS always emphasizes on the human factor that bring out the best practices in a humane and sensitive manner, inclusive with timelines documenting the journey.
