The comic book raises the issue of demanding Equal Floor Wage for apparel workers across Asia. Using real life stories from the factory floors, the comic book brings out real issues, problems and the suggested proposals to resolve them.
The comic book was an effort of collaboration of workers across the region.
Implemented through apparel manufacturing units across Asia.
Creating a comic on an economic subject like Equal Floor Wagewas of course challenging. But the idea was to stitch a story that can be equally identified bu=y workers in different countries and situations. To make it interesting and motivating instead of complex, the stories were told in first table using relatable settings, characters and language that made the comic identifiable with the workers and understand the issue.
