PAHEL is a program engaging with women in roles of governance. Various advocacy materials were created highlighting the voices that have stood up, been elected and then have brought changes in the system with a strong gender perspective.
Documenting and acknowledging the voices of individuals who have been dynamic leaders in their community can make a strong advocacy tool highlighting the changes of societal attitude they have brought in their respective communities.
Documenting individual voices of changes from the ground this publication has brought together the empowering voice of the elected representatives from the grass root level. Visually highlighting the dynamic individuals who are bringing incremental changes in the system and their respective communities.
