HUQ was a quarterly newsletter discussing the advocacy work on Gender and Violence against Women (VAW) across South Asia. Discussing everything from the legal information on violence against women, activist interventions on ground to research findings from the region, the newsletter reached out to the stakeholders in the sector soon became a strong advocacy material.
Blending elements of journalism with activism designed with smart graphics, the newsletter was pitched as an advocacy communication. Using typography and graphics as main design tools the newsletter was created with a distinct look that communicated the program findings with precision.
